To be certain that your products are safe for your customer and consumers you need to be confident that your cereals and processed grain products do not exceed the maximum regulatory levels for Deoxynivalenol.
  2. Fumonisins (FB1, FB2 and FB3)
Are you confident that the potential levels of Fumonisins of your supply chain are within the legislative levels? Fera Science Limited can analyse maize based food or feed samples to measure levels of fumonisins B1, B2 and B3.
  3. Ochratoxin A
Fera Science Limited can analyse food or feed samples to measure levels of ochratoxin A. The methods used are fully compliant with EU contaminants legislation to allow you to assess your compliance with regulatory limits in place.
  4. Nitrate/Nitrite

Fera Science Limited can analyse food or feed samples to measure levels of nitrate and nitrite. The methods used are fully compliant with EU contaminants legislation to allow you to assess your compliance with regulatory limits in place.

  5. Esters of 3-MCPD and 2-MCPD & Glycidyl Esters
3-MCPD (3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol), 2-MCPD (2-monochloropropane-1,2-diol) and glycidyl esters are a by-product of processing or refining edible oils and fats and are only relatively recent in their discovery.
  6. Trichothecenes

Fera Science Limited analyse food or feed samples to measure levels of a number of type A and type B trichothecenes (deoxynivalenol, nivalenol, fusarenon X, 3-Acetyldeoxynivalenol, 15-Acetyldeoxynivalenol, diacetoxyscirpenol, T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin and neosolaniol).

  7. Zearalenone (ZON)
Fera Science Limited can analyse food or feed samples to measure levels of zearalenone using methods that are fully compliant with EU contaminants legislation. This allows you to assess compliance with the regulatory limits currently in force.
