Joint Venture Board

The Joint Venture Board (JVB) is composed of individuals who, because of their knowledge and experience, make valuable contributions to the overall conduct of the business. They are passionate about delivering the best outcomes for our stakeholder, partners, customers, colleagues and the environment.

Our JVB members have a strong commitment to high standards of corporate governance and in doing so represents the interests of our partners and stakeholders as it monitors the effectiveness of management policies and decisions and execution of strategies. It also helps ensure that the company operates in a legal, ethical, and socially responsible manner. 

Science Committee

The Science Committee brings broad strategic perspective and expertise to support the Joint Venture Board (JVB) in the development and delivery of the Fera Science Strategy (Forward thinking for the Whole Food System – Science Strategy 2021-2026) strategic priorities, investments and policies. It will also advise the JVB across Fera’s research, innovation, training and will recommend strategic research and innovation investments.
