Katy is an experienced Chief People Officer, responsible for developing and executing effective people strategies that align with business goals, ensuring a high performing and engaged workforce. With notable relevant industry experience, particularly within PE backed businesses, Katy has overseen significant organisational expansion through both organic and international M&A activity.  

Career History
Katy has spent the last 10 years working primarily in healthcare, healthcare-tech and bio-science industries, supporting the development and upscaling of organisations at pace. Katy has successfully focussed on driving employee engagement and building effective organisational cultures with award-winning results, most recently securing a listing on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work. Katy has built a successful career, working in partnership with business leaders at a global level to drive significant business growth. Katy's career to date demonstrates her continued commitment to a forward-thinking, solutions-focused strategic approach to guarantee innovation and commercial success.
