  1. Barley yellow dwarf virus and Soil borne cereal mosaic virus

    This testing for cereal crops covers both Barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) and Soil-borne cereal mosaic virus.

  2. Potato tuber test - potato mop top virus and tobacco rattle virus (PMTV & TRV)

    Tests for the 2 viruses responsible for spraing, the nematode transmitted Tobacco rattle virus (TRV) and the Powdery scab transmitted Potato mop top virus (PMTV)

  7. Lettuce mosaic virus seed test by ELISA - (1000 seeds)
    Lettuce mosaic virus (LMV) is a seed transmissible virus causing defects in lettuce heading, leaf distortions and variation in leaf colour.
  8. Pea seed-borne mosaic virus by ELISA - Seeds
    Pea seed-borne mosaic virus (PSbMV) a seed and aphid transmitted virus that causes yield losses and seed defects in a range of bean and pea crops.
  9. Potato spindle tuber viroid seed test by TaqMan® - (1000 seed)

    The common symptoms of Potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd) can include stunted growth and changes in the foliage colour in extensively affected crops.

  10. Pepino mosaic virus seed test by ELISA - (1000 seeds)
    Pepino mosaic virus (PepMV) affected tomatoes show distorted leaf development, with bubbling of the leaf surface and chlorosis.
  11. Tomato mosaic virus seed test by ELISA - (1000 seeds)
    Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), is an infection that can cause yellowing and stunting of tomato plants, resulting in reduced yield and may cause uneven ripening of fruit.
