As the UK Government starts to slowly lift lockdown measures, at Fera we understand and recognise the importance of our role in continuing in providing responsive support services to all of our clients and partners, working nationally and internationally.
Fera will approach emerging from lockdown cautiously and with colleague safety as our utmost priority. Fera is fortunate to operate from expansive laboratories in a secure, rural campus facility helping safe distance working, implementation of hygiene and other safety measures to manage the risk of transmission and safe commuting to work to protect our employees.
Whilst working under new flexible work schedules and shift-patterns to increase responsiveness, our current operational status will remain unchanged and we will continue to offer our full scope of support, maintain current service levels and turnaround times and adhering to the ongoing safety measures enacted at the start of the pandemic. Other colleagues will continue to work from home when possible, and the restrictions on all non-essential business travel will remain. Whilst we adopted strict visitor policies; we have also launched remote audits and virtual facility tours to support clients who are unable to travel
In challenging times like these, now more than ever, we remain committed to our mission across all of our service lines … to protect you, what we eat and the world in which we live …
