This inaugural event on Chemical Safety will hopefully be the first of many with some well known industry and regulatory speakers being lined up.
The event will cover topics related to recent advances in environmental risk assessments, as well as regulatory risk mitigation measures.
We are pleased to confirm Professor Andrew Curran, Chief Scientific Adviser at HSE will open proceedings at our first ever Chemical Symposium, which will be taking place on 2-3 July in York, UK.
Following the opening remarks, Dr James Hingston from the CRD will present 'Regulatory Surface Water Exposure Assessments, Past, Present and Future'.
Over the two days, we will welcome speakers from regulators and international organisations alike from recognised key blue chip companies of Syngenta, TSG, and many more to hear about and discuss recent scientific knowledge, developments and applications in environmental protection in the context of agricultural production.
