  1. Identification of Trichoderma aggressivum on compost
    Test for Trichoderma aggressivum, which can infect and colonise healthy, productive mushroom compost. It causes compost green mould in Agaricus.
  2. Tomato root mat disease (Root-inducing plasmid) testing
    A test for Tomato Root Mat Disease caused by Rhizobium rhizogenes, a gram-negative soil bacterium that contains root-inducing (Ri) plasmids which can lead to over-abundant growth of roots in tomatoes and cucumbers.
  3. Chrysanthemum stunt viroid (CSVd)
    Test to identify Chrysanthemum stunt viroid (CSVd) within your plant sample. This viroid is known to cause stunting and premature flowering within some cultivars.
  4. Strawberry red core (Phytophthora fragariae) in plants (Non-Symptomatic)
    This test for Strawberry Red Core (Phytophthora fragariae) on non-symptomatic plants allows for the detection of low levels of the disease in propogation material.
  5. Potato wash water test - Total count of soft rotting bacteria (Pectobacterium and Dickeya spp.)
    An overall count of soft rotting bacteria in potato wash water.
  6. Pea seed-borne mosaic virus by ELISA - Seeds
    Pea seed-borne mosaic virus (PSbMV) a seed and aphid transmitted virus that causes yield losses and seed defects in a range of bean and pea crops.
  7. Pea bacterial blight - Pseudomonas syringae pv. pisi - Pea seed (5,000 seeds)
    Test for Pseudomonas syringae pv. pisi, more commonly known as pea bacterial blight. Infection causes water-soaked spots which may coalesce into larger lesions.
